Paul Quinn
Managing Director

Paul Quinn is Managing Director of Quinntessential Marketing, the company that created PeoplePulse and Live Salary. Paul has more than fourteen years experience in professional marketing - twelve of which have been specifically within the Human Resource and recruitment sectors.

Before launching Quinntessential in January 2002, Paul worked until September 2001 as Group Marketing Manager at Candle Australia Ltd (now known as ‘Clarius’). In this role Paul worked on the Candle IT&T Recruitment, Freeman Adams, Alliance Recruitment and Candle Executive brands, and was instrumental in growing the Candle IT&T Recruitment brand to be voted Australia's most recognised IT recruitment brand. Prior to this Paul held the position of Marketing Manager at a prominent IT recruiter AmBit Technology (now known as Peoplebank).

A degree-qualified Commerce graduate with a double major in Marketing and Management, Paul is adept at new product development and project managing a wide range of marketing solutions for large ASX-listed recruiters through to small boutique organisations. Specifically, Paul has over 8 years experience designing and project managing staff and customer research projects of all sizes. Paul’s frustration with the high cost and inefficiencies of traditional paper-based research methodologies and his passion for anything ‘online‘ was the catalyst that led to the creation of the PeoplePulse online survey tool in 2003.

Denise Quinn
Director

Denise Quinn joined Quinntessential as a Director in July 2002 from a senior communications role with a major Australian telecommunications company. Denise is an experienced Marketing and Communications professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience gained over eight years in industries as diverse as chemicals, food, and IT&T.

Prior to joining Quinntessential Marketing, Denise's career included a consulting role in the IT&T industry where she was responsible for project management of the communications effort for several large IT projects. Denise has also had extensive experience in HRMIS tools, working for a NZ-based recruitment agency to establish their internal HR systems.

Denise's focus in corporate communications for the recruitment industry supports the need for recruitment agencies to identify, manage and promote a strong and relevant point of difference. Denise has a Bachelor of Management Studies degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing (Honours) from Waikato University, NZ.

Brownwyn Brown
Business Development Manager

Bronwyn joined Quinntessential Marketing in December 2006 as Business Development Manager. She has over 10 years of sales experience in business-to-business sales in the corporate sector. Bronwyn also has extensive account management, strategic planning and human resource management experience.

Bronwyn has a consultative approach to sales and a genuine interest and desire to understand her customer’s business needs, and provide real solutions to enable those customers to achieve their desired outcomes.

Prior to joining Quinntessential, Bronwyn had spent 5 years building her own successful business, focused on helping companies take new software products to market. Bronwyn brings to the Quinntessential team a proven track record of achieving goals without compromising ethics.

Not always known for her modesty, Bronwyn describes herself as “fabulous and funny, gorgeous, witty, caring, outrageously successful” ... but only AFTER the consumption of her first café latte in the morning.

Natalie McGarvey
Business Development Manager

Natalie McGarvey joined Quinntessential Marketing in August 2007 as a Business Development Manager. Natalie has over 11 years of sales experience in business-to-business sales in the corporate sector. Natalie also has experience in the property and exhibition industries.

Prior to joining Quinntessential Natalie lived in France, Italy, Japan and the UK over a 7 year period. She embarked on her sales career in Japan working for a software development company for a year before jet setting to London where she started off in an exhibition company for a year and then moved on to a property development company for 3 years. One of Natalie’s main claims to fame is setting up a new division of a PLC in the UK generating incremental and record revenue growth.

Natalie describes herself as ‘scintillating, serious yet a joker, open-minded, interested yet interesting, diligent and driven’ ... right from the moment she wakes in the morning!

Alex Martinez
Business Development Manager

Alex joined Quinntessential in early 2009 as a Business Development Manager. Alex has 10 years’ experience in business-to-business sales and account management across the recruitment, IT and advertising industries. Prior to joining Quinntessential Alex was a full-time student at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, where he graduated with an MBA degree.

Alex is determined, enterprising, focused and diligent - all characteristics that help ensure his clients achieve their goals when working in partnership with Quinntessential.

Eddie Quinones
Business Development Manager

Eddie joined Quinntessential at the beginning of 2013 as a Business Solutions Manager. He has over 10 years business-to-business sales experience working with SMEs and large organisations in the SaaS, Digital Media, Recruitment/HR and Hospitality sectors.

Eddie is an expert in building relationships and helping to conquer obstacles for his clients through a consultative approach. He believes in going the extra mile to ensure that every aspect of a project is delivered beyond expectations.
Eddie is a dedicated family man. The apple of his eye is his one year old daughter. He is a friendly, personable guy who is a passionate football fan, with Chelsea FC his favourite team – go the Blues!!

Nathan Rhodes
Business Development Manager

Nathan Rhodes joined Quinntessential Marketing in February 2013 as a Business Solutions Manager. Nathan has worked in corporate sales for the last 8 years in positions based in the UK and Australia. Recently Nathan has worked for major media and communications companies in Australia and he loves working in high tech environments.

Nathan brings a consultative approach to his dealings with clients. He has a keen desire to understand exactly what challenges they face so he can assist them to achieve more in their individual roles and careers.
Nathan is a doting father to a two year old son. When he's not busy being a father he enjoys spending time with his wife and entertaining at home. He is interested in screenwriting, stand-up comedy, movies, good food and spending time with friends and family.

Damon joined Quinntessential Marketing in June 2012 as a Business Solutions Manager. Having previously managed a sales team within the conference and events space, he is adept at generating new business-to-business sales in the corporate sector.

Julia Tootill
Client Relationship Manager

Julia joined Quinntessential Marketing in July 2009 as a Client Relationship Manager; she brings with her a good understanding of the Recruitment Industry having worked within this sector as both a permanent & temporary consultant.

Prior to moving to Sydney, Julia lived and worked in London and it was here that she gained her project coordination, training, sales and account management skills.

Working within the Property & Recruitment Industries has ensured that Julia has honed her communication skills, which she believes are vital in order to build good working relationships. Julia’s role with Quinntessential is to focus on existing PeoplePulse clients’, ensuring that they are well trained, kept up to date with any changes, looked after and listened to… In short, satisfied that they have achieved what they set out to do! Julia comes to us with a BA Hons Degree in Geography from Newcastle University (UK) which had a strong emphasis on quantifying data and reports.

Julia is highly personable, friendly and motivated; she describes herself as chatty, yet determined! In her spare time, she enjoys catching up with friends and trying new experiences – be it sports, food, wine or travel!

Sarah Collins
Project Manager

Sarah Collins joined the Quinntessential Marketing team in May 2010 as a Project Manager, responsible for the management and delivery of PeoplePulse survey projects as well as coordination of client product training and support.

Arman Haghi
Project Manager

Arman Haghi joined Quinntessential Marketing in April 2013 as a Project Manager, responsible for managing the delivery of survey projects and coordinating client product training and support.

Prior to joining Quinntessential Marketing, Arman spent 3 years as a Designer / Marketing Specialist for a new jewellery brand. In this role, Arman helped develop the brand from its initial concept stages to a successful contender in the local market.

Arman describes himself as a friendly, caring and highly motivated individual in both his professional and personal life. His passions include music, architecture and the visual arts, and he doesn’t mind a spot of camping and the great outdoors.

Eileen Sioson (Maternity Leave)
Project Manager

Eileen joined the Quinntessential Marketing team in September 2010 as a Project Manager, responsible for the management and delivery of PeoplePulse survey projects as well as coordination of client product training and support.

Prior to joining Quinntessential, Eileen worked primarily in the education marketing and advertising space as well as in the conference industry. She has experience in end-to-end management of a wide variety of projects such as the implementation of advertising campaigns and commercial conferences, which involved having a solid understanding of target audiences, dealing with multiple stakeholders, and juggling budget and time restrictions.

She describes herself as a people person who is highly organised and creative, and has a passion for communication. She is also a self-confessed food media junkie and prefers the company of dogs over cats.

Lewina Maniarpillai
Project Manager

Lewina joined Quinntessential Marketing in 2013 as a Project Manager, responsible for the management and delivery of PeoplePulse survey projects and the coordination of client product training and support.

Prior to joining Quinntessential Marketing, Lewina spent a number of years in London as an Account Manager for a health & safety e-learning company before moving into the world of email marketing. In both of these roles she refined her end-to end project management skills. She enjoys training clients to ensure they make the most out of their software. Since moving to Australia she has become certified as a Project Manager with a PRINCE 2 methodology.

Outside the office Lewina loves high doing energy sports such as kickboxing and is always looking for a new fitness challenge.

Jessamy Worms
Project Manager

Jessamy joined the Quinntessential Marketing in December 2012 as a project manager and is responsible for managing the delivery of PeoplePulse survey projects as well as coordinating client support and training.

Prior to joining Quinntessential, Jessamy managed a team of digital producers for the fastest-growing company in Web history. Starting in London before relocating to Sydney, Jessamy was responsible for the coaching and development of her team as well as the project management of large (often international) process improvements.

Jessamy describes herself as a bit of a chatterbox who always has a smile on her face (unless her soccer team loses), she is focused and dedicated to everything she commits to and in her spare time if she’s not in the cinema she will be near a beach with a cider in hand.

Philippa Kay (Pip)
Operations/ Accounts Manager

Pip joined Quinntessential Marketing in January 2013 as the Operations/ Accounts Manager. Pip comes to us with 8 years administration experience in Marketing and B2B environments.

Pip is currently completing a Bachelor of Behavioral Science (Psychology) with the aim of completing a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology/Master of Science. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
Pip describes herself as fun loving, caring, a good listener and someone who enjoys a laugh. In her spare time you can find her at the gym, boxing, cooking, catching up with friends and spending time with the ones she loves.
